Bill Goodrich has been practicing law for over 40 years and is a founding partner of Randall, Goodrich and Haag P.L.C. Mr. Goodrich received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota in 1970 and began practicing law in the State of Minnesota later that year. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Minnesota in 1967. Mr. Goodrich practices law in the area of small business and real estate, including the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, incorporation, and other organization issues that small businesses face. Mr. Goodrich also has extensive experience in municipal work, as he is the city attorney for the city of Ramsey and Nowthen.

Michael P. Haag
Michael Haag is an attorney with Randall, Goodrich, & Haag PLC, in Anoka, Minnesota where he concentrates his practice in Business and Corporate Law & Estate Planning and Probate.
His extensive tax background includes a clerkship in the legal division of the Minnesota Department of Revenue, and employment as a Tax Associate for Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Mike was also an Adjunct Professor for the Hamline University Graduate School of Business, Nonprofit Management Program in St. Paul, Minnesota. He serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations, was a Planning Commissioner for the City of Coon Rapids, and is a regular speaker and published author on nonprofit, corporate and tax issues.
Mike is the former host of a Saturday afternoon radio talk show in the Twin Cities on AM 980 KKMS called "Seeking Precedence – a Christian Perspective to Legal Issues."
Mike and his wife Amy have been married since 2001, and are the proud parents of three young children (Victor, Josie, and Charlie).
Mike enjoys running and biking, but most of his time these days is spent playing with his children. Something you may not know about Mike is that before he went to law school he was in law enforcement for about two years.
